This Resurrection Sunday, which is known by its other name
Easter, is a day to reflect on the empowering moment Jesus died and was raised
from the dead. Also, it is a moment to
reflect on what must be raised in our lives to bring about our empowerment. We
each have essential elements of our lives that if we let die will leave us
hopeless and fruitless. These essential elements are our faith and our
love. I encourage us all to live a life
full of empowered faith inspired by love.
Let this day be the beginning and the continuance of all that brings us
renewed strength in the resurrected power of our Savior, Jesus the Christ.
